BDA recently completed a splash website for an amazing and talented music writers group named “Marz Starz Ink. This was an exciting and fun project and we will be rooting for this group as they continue their journey of writing amazing music. They have already worked with numerous heavy weights in the music industry such as Usher, T-Pain, Drake, Lil Wayne, David Guetta, Neyo , Akon and much more. Keep an eye on them.

Here is a short bio on this amazing trio.

MARZ STARZ INK also known as MSI is an American collective of multi-genre songwriters. MSI is comprised of Texas native, Rapper-songwriter Ziggy Cook and brothers, singer-songwriters Jon and Mic Gordon of Chicago, originally of the R&B vocal group One Chance. Jon and Mic were discovered after performing a live showcase for Usher under the group name One Chance. Usher publically endorsed the group for their undeniable talent.

“I SEE REFLECTIONS OF MYSELF IN THIS GROUP” – USHER

Usher immediately facilitated a showcase for Jon and Mic to perform for Clive Davis, Founder of J Records and VP Charles Goldstuck. Davis and Goldstuck signed Jon and Mic on the spot after their performance. Shortly after signing to Usher and J Records, Jon and Mic (One Chance) released “Look at Her”, which peaked 53 on the U.S Billboard Hot R&B/ Hip-Hop Songs Chart and “U Can’t” ft. Usher, that hit 73 on the U.S Billboard R&B Songs Chart.

Byzantium music video

The band Das Muerte has brought rock n roll to a whole new level with the release of their new, exciting high energy music video Byzantium. The set was focused on a 70’s theme featuring vintage microphones, television sets and was shot on location at Noche Restaurant in the South End of Boston.

Styled by designer Blessing Mazarura, the model is wearing a sexy champagne colored dress from the Bless By Bless Couture Collection. The shoes were designed by Zack Lo and the video was directed by Matt McDermitt.

The Official Website Launch! We Are King!!!

We are proud to announce that after 6 months of burning the midnight oil, sipping flavored Kuerig teas our website is finally done and officially launched. Surprisingly it was quite the challenge to build our own website, more of a challenge than building a client’s. The reality is, if you claim to be an expert in a field then your work or portfolio is best to reflect that expertise, we sure hope that we have created that reflection. As we would put it, your bite should always be much fiercer than your bark or people will soon realize you are all bark and no bite.

In Africa the lion is known to have an amazing daily ritual of announcing he is King of the Jungle, every morning he climbs a large rock and roars so loud it can be heard from 5 miles away. The only reason this ritual is effective is because of all the animals that hear that roar, not one will run towards it in attempt to dispute the lion’s claim – he is King! In other words if you roar you are King, it only works if you can defend that claim against all potential challengers. We hope our roar as a team of self-proclaimed Creative Geniuses is heard for thousands of miles and we stand here ready to defend that claim, our weapons in hand; Macbooks, Nikons and swirls of McDonald’s soft serve ice-cream for fuel. When it comes to Budget vs Results, pound for pound, we are King of the Ring – R.I.P Muhammed Ali.
